No. Puedes editar y exportar sin cuenta. Solo necesitas iniciar sesión si quieres guardar en la nube y seguir en otro dispositivo.
¿El archivo exportado lleva marca de agua?
No. Ningún formato lleva marca de agua y no hay límite de descargas.
¿A qué formatos puedo exportar?

¿Puedo editarla en el móvil?
Sí. La interfaz se adapta a móviles y tabletas con las mismas funciones que en el ordenador: no es una versión recortada.
¿Dónde se guarda mi trabajo?
Mientras no inicies sesión se queda en tu propio navegador y nunca se sube; si borras los datos del navegador, se pierde. Para conservarlo o seguir en otro dispositivo, inicia sesión y elige «Guardar en la nube».
¿Empezaréis a cobrar más adelante?
Hoy las plantillas y los tres editores son gratis y sin límites. No prometemos «gratis para siempre» porque nadie puede garantizarlo, pero tampoco hay muro de registro ni tope de uso ocultos.
Will the total stay right as I add items?
Insert new rows between the sample rows and the SUM range grows with them. If you append below the last row instead, extend the total formula’s range, or the new items are left out.
Can it flag low stock?
Yes. Select the quantity column and add a rule under Format ▸ Conditional formatting, such as “less than 5 → red”. The template does not include that rule by default.
Can I log stock in and out?
This sheet holds current stock. Keep movements on a second sheet — date, SKU, in/out, quantity — and use SUMIF by SKU to roll them back into the quantity column here.
