Insert process, cycle and hierarchy diagrams into slides

The Insert diagram panel opens straight away: pick a layout — process (step 1 → 2 → 3), timeline (milestones), cycle, radial, hierarchy (top → sub-items) or list — and it lands on the current slide as one selected group you can move together; double-click any box to edit its text and recolour it from the side panel. Placeholder text follows your interface language. These are preset layouts, not a free-form flowchart tool.

Pertanyaan umum

Can I change the number of boxes?

Yes — select a box, press Ctrl/⌘+D to duplicate or Delete to remove it, then drag it into place.

Is it the same as SmartArt?

The layouts are similar, but exports are ordinary shape groups — editable one by one in PowerPoint, without SmartArt’s Add Shape.

Can I draw flowcharts with connectors?

The process layout includes arrows; for free connectors, draw them with Insert ▸ Line.

What language is the placeholder text?

Your interface language — English shows “Step 1, Milestone 1”.

Does it work on a phone?

You can insert and edit text, though layout is easier on a larger screen.

Do I need to sign in?

No.
