Generate Word documents in bulk from an Excel list

In the Word template, write the parts to change as fields, e.g. “Dear {Name}, you have been admitted to {Program}” (curly braces around a name that matches a column in the list’s first row), and prepare a list with column names in row 1 and one person per row. Drop the template and choose the list to see the fields found, the row count and any unmatched columns; click Start and each row becomes a .docx, named after a column of your choice (like Name), all in one ZIP. Template formatting, tables, images and headers / footers are kept, and fields in headers / footers are filled in too.

Частые вопросы

How do I write fields?

Type them in Word: curly braces around a column name, like {Name} or {Amount}. It must match the list’s first row exactly.

What if a column is missing?

You are told before starting which fields have no column; if you go ahead they are left blank, and the result says which fields were missing in how many rows.

Can it produce PDFs?

It produces .docx; convert them with Word to PDF if needed.

Can it send the emails?

No, it only generates files.

Is the data uploaded?

No — template and list are processed only in your browser.

How many documents at once?

No limit; a few hundred usually take seconds.
