Merge several Excel files into one

Drop the files from each team or each month (add more any time). “Stack into one table” matches columns by header name — different column orders or an extra column are fine, gaps are left blank — and can add a Source column naming each row’s file. “Keep each as its own sheet” puts them all into one workbook. Every sheet of a multi-sheet file is included.
