Merge several Word documents into one

Drop several .docx files (their order is the merge order; remove and re-add to change it), click Start, and get one complete document: every file’s text, images, tables, links, footnotes and comments are there, numbered lists each start again at 1 instead of continuing, and with “Start each document on a new page” a page break separates them. Page size, margins, headers / footers and same-named styles follow the first file. The files are joined directly, with no re-layout.
