Excel to PDF — free, no watermark, no sign-up

Turn .xlsx / .xls / .csv into a PDF, one section per sheet, with gridlines. It all runs in your browser and the file is never uploaded. As above, the text in the result is not selectable.

What comes across, and what does not

  • Gridlines and basic layout
  • Multiple sheets, in order, in one PDF
  • Automatic A4 pagination

Does not come across

Common questions

Do I need to sign up?
No. Converting and downloading need no account. Signing in is only for saving the result to the cloud and continuing on another device.
Is the result watermarked?
No. Nothing is watermarked and there is no limit on how many times you convert.
Is my file uploaded to your servers?
No. The whole conversion happens in your browser. Open DevTools (F12) and watch the Network tab to check — it also works with the network switched off.
How big a file can I convert?
Up to 50 MB per file. That is not a marketing gate — it is where a browser stops coping. Past it, a phone will have the tab killed by the OS, silently.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, with the same features as on a computer. Very large files will simply take longer.
Will you start charging later?
It is free and unlimited today. We avoid absolute promises nobody can back, and there is no hidden sign-up wall or usage cap either.
What happens to very wide sheets?
They are scaled to A4 width, so a sheet with many columns ends up with small text. For full width, switch to landscape or split the sheet in the editor first.
Why are my charts missing?
We read cell data and do not render chart objects. To include charts, open the file in the Tutu Office spreadsheet editor and use File ▸ Download ▸ PDF.
