Common questions

Do I need to sign up?
No. You can edit and export without an account. Signing in is only needed if you want to save to the cloud and continue on another device.
Is there a watermark on the export?
No. No format gets a watermark, and there is no download limit.
Which formats can I export to?
XLSX · CSV · TSV · HTML · PDF. In the editor, choose File ▸ Download.
Can I edit it on my phone?
Yes. The interface adapts to phones and tablets with the same features as on desktop — it is not a cut-down version.
Where is my work stored?
While you are signed out it stays in your own browser and is never uploaded — clearing browser data loses it. To keep it or continue on another device, sign in and choose “Save to cloud”.
Will you start charging later?
The templates and all three editors are free and unlimited today. We avoid absolute promises nobody can back, and there is no hidden sign-up wall or usage cap either.
Is this a legal tax invoice?
No. It is a billing sheet that itemises what is owed. Official tax invoices must be issued through your tax authority or an authorised platform — no template can stand in for that.
Can I add tax?
Yes. Insert a row above the total for the rate and a formula; the total row is a plain SUM you can edit freely.
How should I send it?
Export to PDF — the client cannot accidentally change the numbers and it opens fine on a phone.
