Word to Excel — free, no watermark, no sign-up
Pull every table out of a Word document into its own Excel sheet: horizontal and vertical merges are kept, headers bold, line breaks inside cells preserved. Plain integers and decimals become numbers you can calculate with and percentages get a percent format, while codes with leading zeros, long ID numbers and currency-prefixed values stay as text so nothing is lost. If the document has no tables, you are told straight away.

Common questions
- Do I need to sign up?
- No. Converting and downloading need no account. Signing in is only for saving the result to the cloud and continuing on another device.
- Is the result watermarked?
- No. Nothing is watermarked and there is no limit on how many times you convert.
- Is my file uploaded to your servers?
- No. The whole conversion happens in your browser. Open DevTools (F12) and watch the Network tab to check. The one thing that uses the network is the text-recognition engine for scans, downloaded once and only if you agree.
- How big a file can I convert?
- There is no limit. We no longer measure your file up front — that number was ours, not any device’s real ceiling. We just start; if this device genuinely cannot fit it, the browser says so and we pass on the reason, a way forward, and an event ID.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes, with the same features as on a computer. Very large files will simply take longer.
- Will you start charging later?
- It is free and unlimited today. We avoid absolute promises nobody can back, and there is no hidden sign-up wall or usage cap either.
- What if there are no tables?
- You are told plainly that there are no tables — no empty file. For text, use Word to TXT.
- Why are some numbers still text?
- Leading-zero codes, numbers over 15 digits (like ID numbers), currency-prefixed or full-width digits stay text — converting them would drop zeros or digits.
- Does it read 1,234?
- Yes, strict thousands groups become numbers; European 1.234,56 stays text.
