Common questions
- Do I need to sign up?
- No. You can edit and export without an account. Signing in is only needed if you want to save to the cloud and continue on another device.
- Is there a watermark on the export?
- No. No format gets a watermark, and there is no download limit.
- Which formats can I export to?
- XLSX · CSV · TSV · HTML · PDF. In the editor, choose File ▸ Download.
- Can I edit it on my phone?
- Yes. The interface adapts to phones and tablets with the same features as on desktop — it is not a cut-down version.
- Where is my work stored?
- While you are signed out it stays in your own browser and is never uploaded — clearing browser data loses it. To keep it or continue on another device, sign in and choose “Save to cloud”.
- Will you start charging later?
- The templates and all three editors are free and unlimited today. We avoid absolute promises nobody can back, and there is no hidden sign-up wall or usage cap either.
- How do I line it up with a real month?
- Check which weekday the 1st falls on, move the 1 in the first row to that column, clear the cells before it, then continue row by row to the month’s end. Only the first row is numbered so you can lay out any month.
- Can I colour-code events?
- Yes. Set a cell background — one colour for meetings, another for deadlines. To colour cells containing “Due” automatically, add a text-contains rule under Format ▸ Conditional formatting.
- Can I keep all twelve months in one file?
- Duplicate the sheet twelve times and give each its month’s title and dates; the sheet tabs at the bottom then switch between months.
