TutuDocs is a free online office suite: create and edit Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slides right in your browser, compatible with DOCX, XLSX and PPTX, with PDF export. No sign-up, no install, no usage limits, and nothing is watermarked.

While you are signed out, your files stay in your browser; they are uploaded only when you choose “Save to cloud”. The AI assistant works without an account and has a free daily allowance — it edits the file you are working on instead of replying with text to copy. TutuDocs does not support real-time multi-user collaboration.

Is TutuDocs really free?

Yes. The online document, spreadsheet and slide editors, 31 templates and PDF↔Office conversion are free, with no sign-up, no usage limits and no watermark. The AI assistant works without an account and has a free daily allowance provided through the Tutu account system.

Do I need to sign up or log in?

No. Open the page to create, edit and export. You only need a Tutu account to save files to the cloud, continue on another device, or keep using the AI after the day’s free allowance.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. The same address opens in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, with the same editing and export features.

Are my files uploaded?

Not while you are signed out: files stay in your browser. They are uploaded to your account only when you choose “Save to cloud”, and when you use the AI, the content you ask it to work on is sent to the model.

Can I open docx, xlsx or pptx files someone sent me?

Yes. Drop the file on the page or click to choose it and it opens in the matching editor; download it in the same format when you are done. Complex layouts may show small formatting differences after a round trip.

Do exports have a watermark?

No. Exported DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and PDF files carry no watermark.

Does the AI assistant cost money?

It works without an account and has a free daily allowance. When it runs out, sign up for a Tutu account to continue; what you were working on is kept.

Can a scanned PDF be turned into Word?

Yes. For scans we first ask whether to run text recognition; the first time downloads a recognition engine of about 6 MB and recognition runs in your browser. Handwriting and very blurry pages are not read reliably.

Can several people edit together?

Real-time multi-user editing is not supported yet. You can create a share link so others can view or edit the same file, but not at the same moment.

How is it different from WPS or Google Docs?

TutuDocs opens in the browser with no install and no sign-in; the free version has no usage limits and no watermark, and the AI assistant edits the file you are working on. It does not support real-time collaboration, and advanced layout and macros are less complete than in desktop software.
